As an existing shareholder you can create an online access to your account where you can manage your account, register an address change, purchase and redeem shares, and elect to receive your annual and semi-annual reports, annual prospectus and account statements by E-mail.

Please send the stub from your last statement, together with a check drawn on a U.S. bank to one of the addresses noted below. If you do not have the stub from your last statement, please indicate the Fund name and your account number on your check.
